This is the late autumn edition of my Bicycle Street Photography in Amsterdam series.
This has always been my favourite season. The changing colours of the leaves and the plush, golden light is just comforting to me. As darkness creeps in, things begin to hasten. Even in Amsterdam, bikes seem to move just a little faster.
Now well into December, I feel like I’ve gone colour blind. Though I’m encouraged to know that while the sun is now just a memory, the bicycle remains.
